Stress is a part of our daily lives - in some cases it helps us to accomplish our goals, in others it ruins our health and hampers our relationships with others.  The articles below may provide some assistance in dealing with your daily stressors.  All of the articles will open in a separate window.

If you are having problems dealing with the stress in your life, or are facing severely stressful situations, and feel that you cannot handle them yourself, contact EMPAC for an appointment.  For mild to moderate stress management, consider attending our Stress Management training; sessions are held usually once each quarter.
